Collaborate with global teams in research and development, supporting customer base and fleet. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Lead key generator development projects that improve the competitive position for the new apparatus generator portfolio. + Evaluate trends to assess product needs from concept through commercialization. + Collaborate with multiple organizations to understand market requirements, communicate R&D project pipeline, business impacts, and customer benefit appraisals. + Develop and implement strategic product roadmaps to assure lifecycle success of the portfolio. + Collaborate with various teams to analyze issues, find root causes, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. + Clarify business impact through consistent cost reduction and service lifecycle view to achieve the highest return on investment. **What You Bring** + Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience in Business or Engineering is preferred. + 6 + years of professional experience in generator design, manufacturing, field service or project management. + Leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. + A sense of personal accountability when it comes to decision-making and leading global development teams. + A clear understanding of project and product management processes, strategies, and methods with experience managing complex projects. + Travel up to 10% + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
