Equitable is looking for a Product Manager for their Individual Annuity Product Solutions & Implementation Team. This position is on the Exceptions Processing team in direct involvement with the field and reports directly to the department’s Team Lead. **What You’ll Be Doing** + Manage the implementation of changes to annuity product forms, including eDox. + Management and implementation of the processing of Retail product exception and the weekly Exceptions Committee Meeting, exclusive of large case Retail exceptions. + Oversee the review and approval of Marketing Materials, Sales Ideas, and Presentations. + Participate in the yearly Prospectus review process. + Assist in Contract and Filed Forms reviews and analysis as needed. + Responsible for working with the Senior Product Managers of Individual Retirement to: + Support coordination of all aspects of implementation for prioritized initiatives including post-implementation monitoring and evaluation. Typically, this will require working with other areas for specific implementation needs. + Clear communication of status, milestones and deliverables across all projects. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with an on–site presence of 2–3 days per week combining flexibility with team collaboration. The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $82,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.
