Product Manager (Enterprise Data, CCO Tech, Corporate Finance & Billing Techn Initiatives) - Vice President

Who we are looking for:

This role is responsible for product management of multiple initiatives spanning across Enterprise Data, CCO Technology, Corp Finance and Billing technology.

As a “Product Manager” you will be responsible for:

1. Product Strategy and Vision

Define the product vision and strategy for data-centric products across enterprise and Billing/Finance domainIdentify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business value.Align product strategy with overall business goals and objectives.Prioritize initiatives based on value, risk, and effort

2. Requirements and Backlog Management:

Create and maintain product requirements documents (PRDs) or user storiesOwn and prioritize the product backlogDefine acceptance criteria and success metricsEnsure clarity and readiness for engineering and design teams

3. Delivery & Execution

Partner with development teams to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveryMake trade-off decisions with Business stakeholders related to scope, timeline, and resourcesTrack progress and manage risks and dependenciesEnsure releases meet functional, performance, and usability standardsOversee the entire lifecycle of data products, from concept through launch and iteration.Manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and release plans to ensure timely delivery.Gather and analyze user feedback and data usage metrics to drive continuous improvement

4. Stakeholder & Executive Communication

Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable product specificationsCommunicate the progress, risks, and impact of data products to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Manage expectations with leadership and key stakeholdersSupport investment and prioritization decisions

5. Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, QA, marketing, sales, and operationsFacilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholdersResolve scope, priority, and dependency conflictsLead sprint planning, reviews, and roadmap discussionsCollaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for data productsEnsure that data visualizations and dashboards meet user needs and facilitate effective decision-making.

6. Data-Driven Decision Making

Use data analytics and insights to inform product decisions and strategy.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.Ensure that the organization effectively uses data to drive business outcomes.

7. Innovation and Continuous Improvement

Drive innovation in products by exploring new data sources, tools, and methodologies.Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the value and impact of data products.Encourage a culture of experimentation and learning within the product team.


8. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs related to products across Enterprise data (e.g. Collibra), CCO tech (e.g. Salesforce), Billing and Corp Finance (e.g. Oracle suite of products)Identify opportunities to innovate and differentiate the product offering based on data insights.Stay informed about emerging technologies and data-related trends that could impact the product.

Hands on experience in performing as product managerProven track report for cross functional collaboration and ability to bring people to the tableExperience in product strategy and executing work products to shape the sameStakeholder managementExecutive communication and reportingUnderstanding of UX and it’s role in product managementExperience in technology selection, strategic planning, patterns of data/app integrationCritical thinking and analytical abilitiesGrowth mindset that will help consult a high performing data and technical teamExcellent communication skills and influencing capabilitiesExperience in presenting to senior leaderships and regulatorsDeep understanding of financial domainUnderstanding of existing and emerging technologies

Education & Preferred Qualifications

Min a Bachelors degreeMin 18+ years of relevant experience role in Tech and Product Leadership

Additional requirements

Work experience in working with global team and stakeholders is a plus
