Area Product Ownership for Customer engagement 

Experience in Travel Domain / Ecommerce is a huge advantageExperience with on Email communication strategy , Marketing technologies is a plus

 

Job responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the entire Application Platform portfolioPartner with engineers and peers within Chase Travel to align initiatives with overall business objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with key technology stakeholdersCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesEstablish metrics and KPIs to measure developer satisfaction, adoption, and business impactOversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launchHelping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprint’s goals.Ownership of N+2 sprint planning , readiness & grooming.Preparing new ideas/ concepts for IntakeInforming stakeholders and customers about the product’s status.Collaborate with various QUAD partners ( Tech, Design, Data & Product)

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

As a product owner, possess 10+ years of experience.Extensive knowledge of Email Communication platform like Sendgrid, AWS Pinpoint or equivalentKnowledge of Marketing technology stack Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExpertise in executive stakeholder management
