The PositionThe Opportunity

If you answered yes, we invite you to apply for an exciting opportunity as a Product Manager in the Core Lab portfolio (Blood Sciences) at Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland . This role is a full-time role with a preferred south- east location. Locations based out of our Burgess Hill headquarters can be evaluated.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Management of the assigned portfolio, including forecasting, pricing and all aspects of product /portfolio promotion.
Develop and implement the marketing plan for your portfolio, in alignment with the department's strategy and our wider business goals, adjusting where necessary in response to changing market conditions.
Ongoing assessment of the market, throughout the product life cycle, for example, through competitor and customer research and regular customer interactions.
Be recognised as the ‘subject matter expert’ for the portfolio and work closely with the customer experience/insights team to identify 'pain' and 'gain' points and facilitate stakeholders to deliver improvements.

Delivery: Ability to work in a highly complex, cross-functional environment and stay focused on critical goals and outcomes.

Passion for the strategy and conveying this to key stakeholders
Proven track record of achievement in a marketing and/or sales role
Awareness of the working of public tenders
Knowledge and understanding of the laboratory diagnostics market
