As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new technology. By your nature, you are also solution-oriented, commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. Job responsibilities:

Define your product scope’s strategy with clear product outcomes grounded in customer needsRun discovery activities to explore your product’s problem and solution space, de-risk desirability, feasibility and viability, and refine solutions that contribute to the strategy.Run your squad on a day-to basis your functional counterparts (e.g., engineering, design) to build the solutions that contribute to team’s strategyWork with legal, risk, compliance and other controls stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their requirements

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Track record in product management for risk, trust & safety, insurance, or financial guarantee solutions5+ years product management experience delivering financial technology productsTrack record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring resultsExperience writing clear strategy documents, product requirements and outcome-focused user storiesDemonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholdersStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services
