Product Manager - Business Lending

Your work will involve partnering with Legal and Non-Financial Risk teams to maintain robust control frameworks and managing incidents to ensure timely resolution and implementation of strong controls. You will also be working closely with our technology teams to support discovery and design of prioritised technology changes. You will be working closely with a range of internal stakeholders including frontline, legal, non-financial risk, collateral management and other client support areas to optimise lending lifecycle processes, balancing the need to identify and implement risk and control uplift opportunities, as well as improving the product, customer and employee experience. As a senior member of the Business Lending Product Central team, you will play a pivotal role in leading the ongoing management of the Business Lending product suite, including product collateral management, day-to-day product and interest rate operations, risk and remediation items, and product feature analysis and uplift.
