We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the implementation and scaling of AI-driven features across Sage’s HR & Payroll portfolio, spanning web, mobile, utilizing Sage’s domain-service layers. This role bridges AI, design, customer thinking and delivery, shaping how intelligence and automation are built into the Sage's products and how they simplify work and save time to employers and employees. You’ll collaborate closely with AI teams, product engineering, backend service owners, and experience teams to define, deliver, and measure the success of agentic and data-driven capabilities within HR & Payroll ecosystem.
