Product Manager - Ad Tech

Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Product Manager within the Ads space to join one of our entertainment clients. This person will be responsible for the following:
-Serve as a trusted advisor to sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders regarding TiVo media platform monetization.
-Manage relationships with ad tech vendors, measurement partners, device manufacturers, and third-party platforms.
-Work with programmatic partners (SSPs, DSPs, exchanges) to optimize auction dynamics and demand density.
-Develop and refine ad formats (pre-roll, mid-roll, dynamic ad insertion, interactive ads, shoppable ads, etc.).
-Collaborate with revenue teams to improve packaging, pricing, and yield strategies.
This role can pay between $40-$50/hour depending on years of experience and skillset.

Skills and Requirements
-3+ years of experience as a product manager ideally coming from ad tech, streaming, or digital media space
-Deep understanding of CTV/OTT ad ecosystems
-Hands on experience with ad tech such as: Ad servers (FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, etc), SSAI/DAI workflows, programmatic systems (SSPs, DSPs, OpenRTB), measurement (VAST, VPAID, MRC Standards, IAB guidelines_
-Strong analytical skills
