We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking Product Manager to join our Innovative Public Library (Vega suite) team in Belgrade. In this role, you will lead a small product development team independently, ensuring consistent and prompt delivery of high-quality outcomes that are aligned with overall product and organizational objectives and drive product development and strategy. This role drives the product roadmap, supports strategic decision‑making, enables sales commitments, and safeguards customer retention by consistently advancing product development and execution.
 

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments 

5 years of professional experience in product management or a related field3 years of experience working in a Scrum environment or similar Agile frameworks, with a strong understanding of product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.3 years of experience with SaaS multi‑tenant architecturesBachelor’s degree and/or relevant experienceProficiency in English
 

It would be great if you also have . . . 

Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Lucid or similar platformsExperience working with AI‑enabled products or capabilities, including applying machine learning or generative AI concepts to enhance product functionality and customer outcomes.

What will you be doing in this role?

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineering, users experience, marketing and sales teams to deliver product to required business outcomes. Track product performance and set objectives and key results (OKRs) with guidance from manager and provide strategic insights that influence key product initiatives, helping to shape the direction and priorities of the team. Own and drive product strategy by translating market insights, customer needs, and future-state vision into clear priorities and actionable roadmaps.Lead complex product initiatives end to end, synthesizing ambiguous and sometimes conflicting inputs to deliver high‑impact, customer‑centric outcomes that engineering can implement with minimal ambiguity.Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, holding self and partners to commitments and closing the loop on decisions and deliverables.Champion innovation by proposing new approaches, encouraging creative problem solving, and iterating on processes that improve product quality and delivery speed.

About the Team 

You will be a member of a team of 4 Product Managers, based in the US and Belgrade and will be reporting to Director, Product Management based in the US. You will collaborate closely with fellow Product Managers across the portfolio.

Hours of Work   

This is a permanent full-time position, with core engagement hours within the CET time zone, with some flexibility as you'll interact with US teams very often.

This is a hybrid position, you will be expected to work from our Belgrade office 3 days every other week.
