Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a successful hands-on Product Manager / Product Owner (dual role) functioning as a cross-program lead across multiple related initiatives. The role operates as a "jack of all trades," blending Product Management, Product Ownership, and delivery coordination.

The individual will initially focus on learning and discovery, then transition into driving build execution, including potential build-vs-buy decisions and coordination of internal and third-party development teams.

Core Responsibilities

Product Management & Delivery

Own and refine epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog prioritization for pricing, costing, and billing capabilitiesSupport sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and stakeholder demosTranslate complex business and data requirements into clear product artifactsDocument decisions, tradeoffs, and requirementsCommunicate effectively with business, technical teams, and executive stakeholders

Cross-Program Integration

Coordinate work across multiple initiatives and vendor streams (e.g., ServiceNow CPQ, analytics partners, internal platform teams)Map and align end-to-end processes (pricing → costing → billing)Ensure consistent data and workflow outcomes across systems

Governance & SDLC Discipline

Ensure compliance with internal ISO and SDLC standardsDrive structured documentation and disciplined delivery practicesDeliver scalable, production-ready enterprise solutions

Stakeholder Leadership
