As a Product Manager in Macquarie’s Banking and Financial Services business, you play a crucial role in shaping the future of digital banking services. This role involves driving product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring that digital solutions align with customer and operations needs and business goals. We are not just executing requests, we are experts in identifying the root problem and finding appropriate solutions. You would be the main link between business objectives, regulatory needs, engineers, and customer demands to introduce profitable and compliant products. 3+ years of experience in the Banking industry. Strong proficiency in Digital experiences, workflow concepts, APIs and AI Experience in identifying and delivering optimised workflow automations Desirable technology skillsets in workflow tooling such as Pega and Java technologies Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes. Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated mindset. Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, or other product management tools (highly desirable).
