Responsible for leading marketing activities for assigned product categories and market segments, driving the design, development, execution and management of product and pricing strategies, programs, and other initiatives to influence company’s success in both USA and Canada

Lead all components of the marketing mix including product, pricing, placement and promotionsLead role in synthesizing insights to develop business cases for new business opportunitiesCollaborate with other Rayloc departments, vendors, and customer teams to develop strategic growth plans and play a key role in executing on those plansConduct complex market segment analysis and research to identify key market opportunities. Develop marketing initiatives that enable the successful exploitation of opportunitiesSupport development and execution of measurable integrated marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and generate leads including the project plan, alignment of resources and efforts, resolution of issues, and progress reports to management. Perform other duties as needed and assignedExperience, Education, and Abilities:
Bachelor's degree with concentration in marketing or business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, analytics, sales, or product managementPrevious automotive and/or manufacturing experience preferredMust have demonstrated leadership skills, excellent communication (written and presentation) and negotiation skillsMust be analytical, detail-oriented, organized, results-oriented, and have the ability to multi-taskStrong data analysis skills, including advanced-level Excel and Intermediate or better level Access skillsNot the right fit?
