Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Product Manager who will take complete ownership of our AI-powered digital signature and e-consent product lines. As a Product Manager at Certinal, you will be the leader of your product, driving its vision, strategy, and execution across the entire product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven digitalization while ensuring compliance with India's evolving regulatory landscape.
You will be the voice of the customer, bridge cross-functional teams, and translate complex business scenarios into innovative product solutions that drive customer adoption and market success.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that aligns with Certinal's business objectives and market opportunities in the healthcare sector Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities and market positioning Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to execution, including planning, development, launch, and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing) to define, prioritize, and deliver features Conceptualize solutions through wireframing and prototyping using modern design tools Interact with customers, conduct user interviews, and perform market research to understand pain points and requirements Serve as the primary bridge between customers, internal stakeholders, and technical teams Conduct feature training and demo sessions with Sales and Support teams to enable go-to-market success Develop thought leadership content and case studies demonstrating product value Groom and prioritize product backlog based on customer impact, market opportunity, and business value Track product metrics, analyze performance, and optimize based on insights
