About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Product Manager to lead the in-product subscription management and pricing experience. In this role, you’ll own how customers, accountants, and partners understand, manage, and evolve their relationship with our products—from choosing a plan to managing renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.
You’ll be responsible for building seamless subscription flows and shaping pricing and packaging strategies that align with customer value and drive sustainable growth. By applying product-led growth (PLG) tactics, you’ll ensure users experience value quickly, convert naturally, and expand through self-service.
