The agile and independent team is on a mission to revolutionize & democratize data analysis and research insight by transforming complex, time-consuming text reasoning tasks into efficient and trustable processes. The candidate will help build a next generation platform in which are: - Represent and execute trustable and transparent research knowledge reasoning processes by defining and building reasoning operations, their runtime, novel data structures, and high-level reasoning programs. - Build, and deploy large scale Indexes powered by NoSQL, Graph, and ML Vector DBs to store and track both human authored and LLM generated research insights. - Implement novel UIs that combine both the chat agent paradigm with interactive data UIs. - Ultimately impact organizations across industries, transforming how they conduct research, establish what is known, and make data-informed decisions. - The candidate will play a crucial role in building and measuring the AI capabilities of the platform. Will work on developing and optimizing pipelines that transform A/B test data into actionable insights. **• Key projects:** Collaborate closely with PMs, researchers, architects, and technical leads to understand and refine user requirements for AI systems and research knowledge reasoning. Incorporate customer feedback into future designs and solutions. Develop, optimize, and review code to ensure extensibility, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Integrate telemetry data collection to monitor AI behavior, performance, and reliability. Use this data to refine product design and improve engineering decisions, ensuring continuous improvement in product quality. Best vs. Average: Large systems software development, and support experience, ideally in Azure. 1+ years’ experience building & deploying one or more of the following: LLM application development, RAG (retrieval augmented generation) systems. Additional or Preferred • Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on ability to work fast paced environment and quality of work. • Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs) Expertise in designing and implementing LLM Evals. Experience with graph databases and NoSQL. Deploying, handling, and scaling infrastructure on Microsoft Azure platform. Partnering with cross-disciplinary teams. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 2+ years experience with technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript 2. Minimum 2+ years experience with Azure 3.
