DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Collaborate with technology and business partners to execute the strategic vision for the team. Work closely with the payments business including, operations, client service, implementations colleagues, and key stakeholders to understand needs, pain points, and trends in the competitive marketplace. Support refining the end-to-end process for product delivery, and implementing change initiatives with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Develop user journeys and other artifacts that help communicate, and rally support for, intuitive user experience that best meets the needs of the platforms' users. Collaborate closely with the product, business and technology teams building the core components that enable critical underlying functionality of the portal. Identify critical dependencies and other issues and present recommendations for resolution. Maintain an ongoing proactive partnership with technology team members to ensure business demands are understood and delivered in an agile manner within agreed upon timeframes. Ensure feedback from user demos is incorporated into roadmaps so that deliverables meet business needs. Support client and practitioner adoption of new features/functionality. Develop detailed business cases through thorough analysis of financial reporting, financial regulation, and compliance to standards. Analyze the costs and benefits of transformation while highlighting the impacts to revenue and margins. Offer perspective to executives about the future of the organization and provide recommendations and potential options.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Product Associate, Product Manager, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Business Workflow Design and development of workflow tools including Low-Code tools; Traditional and emerging payment methods including Digital Wallet & ACH; Agile product development techniques and practices; designing Product prototypes with proficiency in visualization tools including MS Visio and Lucid Charts and in a Product "Sandbox" environment; proficiency in product life cycle activities from Discovery, Design, Strategy & Implementation to Roadmap formulation; Leveraging data analytics tools including Tableau and Qlik to perform forecasting, data visualization, financial modeling, and solve business issues; liaising with internal and external clients regarding document requirements and business flows; presenting value proposition and business case including benefits, costs, and return on investments for various high transformation solutions; project, product, and program management; influencing key stakeholders to support business reviews, hypotheses, and strategic recommendations; identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.

Full-Time. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
