You will utilize your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier experiences. You will lead the transformation of our organization’s job architecture and skills mapping processes. You will drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions that modernize how we define jobs, map skills, and support multiple employee experiences across the enterprise.
Job responsibilitiesDevelops a product strategy and product vision that articulates a vision for the future of job architecture and skills mapping within the organizationManages discovery efforts and market research to identify emerging trends in job architecture, skills taxonomies, and talent management and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionPilot and scale innovative solutions, such as dynamic jobs frameworksLead cross-functional teams to design, build, launch new tools, frameworks, or platforms that streamline job architecture updates and skills mappingCommunicate progress, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong prioritization and execution skills; ability to manage multiple prioritiesData fluency and analytical capabilities, experience working with large sets of data to drive decision-making and identify insightsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationGeneral HR domain expertise, particularly in areas of compensation, workforce planning, HR data & analyticsPrior experience in job architecture, job design, and/or skills strategy
