As a Product Manager, Vice President within Employee Experience Design and Platforms, you will lead design and platform strategy, driving innovation and excellence in product development. You will leverage your expertise in product design and platform optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Partners with the team to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
Works with a cross-functional team of engineers and UX professionals to ensure a smooth delivery of product increments
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area, including software engineering and design
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Minimum of two years experience operating a technical, enterprise environment
Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Demonstrated knowledge of developing data analytics and data literacy
Previous technical experience as a software engineer, UI designer, or systems reliability engineer considered a plus
