Product Manager, Reference Data
Overview

Job Purpose

ICE Data Services, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, presents multiple, unique opportunities for a full-time Product manager to join a team responsible for:

 

Responsibilities

Assist clients with the reference data onboarding and integration process, from RFI to go-live.Provide exceptional service to those clients that are integrating ICE content, including facilitating meetings, maintaining agenda of open issues, comparison analysis, and being the primary point of contact for clients during the conversion.Enrich current mapping documentation as new records and fields are being mapped, so that it can be utilized for future use. Understand nuances and logic differences between vendors.Field questions from Client Service [or directly from clients] that require a product-related responseProvide comprehensive mappings and coverage checks for new reference data opportunities as they come into the team queue.Work closely with Business Development on new opportunities and be available for frequent client calls to walk through their data needs.

 

Knowledge and Experience   

This role requires an in depth understanding of ICE reference data products, and their differences in sourcing, representation of data, and other nuances.Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to work with the client understanding both their existing workflow and how changes to that workflow would be impacted with a migration project.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.A working knowledge of the development life cycle, covering basic design, testing cycles from unit to acceptance testing, implementation, and post release bug/issue fixesProficient in Microsoft Excel and SQL (we will train SQL if necessary)Understand file formats such as XML/JSON/CSVStrong technical written communication skills Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
