About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager, Partner Integrations to help build and scale our integrations ecosystem, focused on third-party partner capabilities that extend our core consumer experiences. You will own integrations that connect external systems to our platform, ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and aligned with our broader product strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Strategy, and BD partners to define requirements, ship high-quality integrations, and continuously improve how partners connect to and enhance our consumer experiences. You’ll balance hands-on execution with an understanding of platform and architectural needs, helping ensure our APIs and integration frameworks deliver meaningful user and business value.
Key Responsibilities
Own Integrations Product Areas: Drive the roadmap and execution for a set of partner integrations, from discovery through launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.
Translate Strategy into Execution: Partner with Product leadership to turn integrations strategy into clear product requirements, technical specifications, and prioritized backlogs.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Design, Consumer and Restaurant Product, Research, Data, and BD teams to perform research, define integration requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver cohesive solutions.
Apply System-Level Thinking: Develop a strong understanding of system architecture, data flows, and REST API design to make informed product decisions and trade-offs.
Evaluate Integration Opportunities: Support the assessment of new partner integration opportunities based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Support smooth launches and ongoing operations of integrations by defining success metrics, monitoring performance, and improving reliability and consistency of partner experiences.
Required Skills & Background
2-3 years of experience in a Product Management role, with demonstrated success in API or system integrations.
Technically fluent, with a solid understanding of REST APIs, system design concepts, and data exchange patterns.
Ability to think strategically about data exposure, forming a clear point of view on what data to share, with whom, and under what constraints to balance user value, partner needs, and platform integrity.
Comfortable representing the product with external partners, navigating challenging conversations while maintaining trust and alignment.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; comfort navigating between technical, design, and business partners.
Adept at managing large, multi-team initiatives from discovery through launch.
Experience operating in a regulated and compliance-driven environment, with the ability to balance innovation, risk, and governance requirements.
Passionate about restaurants, dining, and hospitality, and eager to help the industry continue to thrive.
Additional Qualifications
Experience with consumer discovery, hospitality, dining, travel, or marketplace products.
Familiarity with SRE principles and a strong focus on scalability and reliability.
Exposure to authentication and authorization patterns (e.g., OAuth, API keys) and related security considerations.
Background building or managing partner ecosystems or developer platforms.
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
