As a Product Manager in One Chase Experience Platform (1CXP), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customersManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmapOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliabilityWorks with the Area Product Owner to maintain a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value propositionEngages with the tech team to outline stories and play an active role in understanding how the technology works in order to help troubleshoot and solutionWorks with the line of business (LOB) product teams to coordinate delivery of features/feature setDemonstrated ability to confidently present information and ideas to diverse groups, ensuring clarity and engagementSupports monthly evening & weekend production releasesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management Ability to work in a cross matrix environmentCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teamsStrong communication skills and ability to influence across product, design, and engineering teamsExperience working in cross-functional teams to drive improvements in how products are built and deliveredPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain contextPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
