Global Commercial, a function within Care Enablement, unites Sales, Marketing, Global Sales Excellence, and Global Technical Operations. This team delivers high-quality medical devices, technical services, and effective commercial strategies across global markets, advancing our mission to improve patient lives. **Summary about role** **:**
Central point of contact for all product, marketing and sales-related tasks and issues in the assigned product area in India.
**Your Responsibilities:**
+ **Product Lifecycle Management:** Oversee the entire lifecycle of medical device products, from development to market launch and post-market surveillance.
+ · **Market Analysis:** Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
+ · **Strategic Planning:** Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
+ · **Marketing Execution:** Design and implement marketing plans tailored to the medical device/pharma industry, including campaigns, branding, and promotional strategies.
+ · **Sales Collaboration:** Build strong relationships with the sales team, providing them with product training, promotional materials, and tools to drive revenue.
+ · **Stakeholder Engagement:** Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Regulatory, Quality) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
**Your Profile:**
Education:
+ MBA/PGDM from a reputed management institute with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Healthcare Management.
Experience:
+ Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven expertise in product management, marketing, and cross-functional team leadership.
Core Competencies:
+ Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
+ Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
+ Presentation & Communication: Exceptional skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
+ Excel Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
