The Product Management Lead is a senior strategic role for Gilbane Development Company, responsible for driving product vision, strategy, and execution across multiple technology platforms. This leader collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and ensures alignment with enterprise technology goals.
Responsibilities Defines and communicates product strategy and vision aligned with company and technology group objectivesDevelops and maintains product roadmaps for enterprise data platforms and technology solutionsManages the product lifecycle for multiple products/platforms, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimizationCoordinates Agile portfolio operations and facilitate planning eventsCollaborates with business owners, technology teams, and external partners to gather requirements and prioritize featuresEnsures products meet market and business needsEstablishes and maintains governance frameworks for product developmentEnsures compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standardsLeads strategy and execution for enterprise data platforms, including data governance, integration, and analytics solutionsDrives adoption of data standards, metadata management, and master data management practicesSets and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform iterative improvementsFacilitates business process mapping, value stream mapping, and problem-solving workshops to drive operational efficiencyBridges the gap between applications, solutions, and business needs, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of technology productsCoaches and mentors less experienced team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred7+ years of experience in product management2+ years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise-grade business applications and technology teamOr equivalent combination of education and experienceProven track record of successful product launches, lifecycle management, and team leadershipDeep understanding of Agile methodologies, data platforms, and enterprise technology solutionsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with data integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft), master data management, and data governance is highly desirableExperience leading cross-functional teams in a technology-driven environmentAbility to influence and drive change across organizational boundariesStrong business acumen and understanding of enterprise technology trendsFamiliarity with data analysis and reporting toolsReal Estate industry specific experience and knowledge of the specific application stack (MRI, Dealpath, Nexus, Concur, etc.)This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
The pay ranges from $110,000 -$160,900 plus benefits and retirement program.
