Position Summary
Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is now accepting applications for its Summer 2026 Intern Program. This exciting opportunity offers a paid, 10-week experience for selected UNDERGRAD OR GRAD (based on HM request) students. The program will run from June 1 to August 7.Eligible students will be seniors or recent graduates, possess U.S. work authorization, and be able to work full-time on a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule. Additionally, participation in this program requires that you be located in the United States for the duration of the engagement.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged. The application window is open until March 15, 2026; however, it may close earlier if all available roles are filled. Applications submitted after the application window or once a role is closed/projects are full will not be considered.

Role and Responsibilities
Position SummaryThe Strategic Product Operations and Governance team is responsible for driving GTM (Go-To-Market) innovation across 16 cross-functional teams and over 6,000 line items that form Samsung's GTM strategy for mobile products (phones, tablets, PCs, wearables, and more). The candidate stepping into this role will have the opportunity to update a portion of Samsung's go-to-market playbook, impacting the strategy developed and executed by 16 cross-functional teams. This will be a tangible piece of work that the candidate will see come to life in the Jan'27 timeframe.
About the RoleDigital Consumer Journey Analysis:
Analyze Samsung's digital consumer journey across owner and partner channels: social, search (organic and paid), .com, and CRM.Develop recommendations on what is working well, areas for improvement, and new tactics to engage Gen Z/millennials (from consideration to conversion).GTM Framework Update:
Partner with product, marketing, and retail (digital) teams to update the GTM framework and project plan.Ensure inclusivity of tactics that resonate with Gen Z/millennials and drive significant changes in Samsung's digital go-to-market strategy.Innovation Workshop Leadership:
Assist with the Q3 Millennial/Gen Z Innovation Workshop.Drive the project from ideation to sell-in with cross-functional teams.QualificationsEducation:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student (or recent graduate).Academic fields of study: Business Management, Marketing, User Experience, or Computer Science/Information Technology Management.Seniors or recent graduates strongly preferred.Technical Skills:
Data analytics and ability to work with Excel (minimum) to explore and analyze data.Proficiency in creating reports and presentations in PowerPoint.Comfortable leading discussions with groups of people.Skills:
