Job Description **Product Management Advisor - Express Scripts - Hybrid** **Description of Position:** The Product Management Advisor is responsible for supporting Medicaid Products created due to State regulatory requirements such as pharmacist administered products (Vaccines, Injectable Dangerous Drugs, & Long Acting Injectables), Medical Procedure Codes (CPT/HCPCS/ICD 10 PCS), and State defined pricing of claims. The position also entails the management of COVID 19 products such as test kits/antivirals and Medicaid Pharmacy Reimbursement Fee Schedule File maintenance. This position will ensure responsibility of monitoring processes and triaging potential issues within these products. Assists in developing, documenting and analyzing the process and recommending process improvements. This individual will seek to gain and provide subject matter expertise to internal/external stakeholders, deliver presentations in account team/client forums, adherence to Medicaid State guidance, and ensure metrics and performance guarantees are met. **Position Details:** + Troubleshoot Client and Internal questions which involve in-depth analysis of claims data. + Interpret State and Federal guidance and effectively communicate downstream to internal teams. + Ability to determine if an operational or IT solution is needed for complex requirements. + Exhibit problem solving capabilities in a complex environment. + Makes specific recommendations with rationale to leadership. + Participate in cross-functional projects or work teams. + Responsible for business documentation of compliance actions for routine guidance, execution of routine monitoring, or communication of client impacts internally. + Ability to appropriately interact with clients/account teams including: + Day-to-day contact for issue resolution + Communicate information about their area of expertise to clients. + Manage account team expectations and ensure appropriate follow-up. **Qualifications:** + At least one year of work experience, preferably in business analysis. + Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. + Ability to identify and extract appropriate data sets from various systems, proficient in collecting and analyzing large data sets + Analytical and detail oriented in all work activities/tasks, with a strategic perspective to enable the translation of metrics into trends, identification of improvement opportunities and root cause + Internal and External Customer focused in all activities + Excels working cross functionally, at all levels of the organization to own, drive, manage and continuously improve the processes, perform root cause analysis, and develop reporting, and communication processes + Innovator driven by Voice of the Customer to continuously enhance the value of our products and services to all internal and external customers. + Ability to see business needs outside of one’s own work area + Ability to execute tactics under a strategic vision **Ideal candidates will offer:** + 1 or more years relevant experience with focus on data analysis, reporting and SQL strongly preferred + Knowledge of State and Federal regulations preferred + Experience in client/account team interaction + Experience in product development life cycle and/or project management + Proficient as a self-starter and detail oriented and proactive + Ability to communicate effectively in meetings + Ability to compose written communications for internal and external audiences + Ability to fully bake products. For example, creating/maintaining documents such as SOPs, Product Presentations, Reporting, Metrics and Surveillance. + SQL experience a plus **_* This is a hybrid role and will require the ability to work in person 3 days per week. *_** If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 92,800 - 154,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
