Own the strategic execution of an agentic AI platform, Astra, collaborating with cross-organizational technology teams, internal stakeholders, and technology partners to execute on this platforms roadmapSet priorities, create and maintain comprehensive roadmaps, and establish clear objectives for technology teams while managing stakeholder expectations regarding deliverables and timelinesManage the engineering team’s backlog with AI assistance and follow standard scrum practices like standups, planning, refinement, etc.Manage releases of the platform including ensuring release notes are created and publishedAct as primary liaison between cross-functional teams, business units, and scrum teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and facilitate effective collaborationPartner with project architects, technology leads, and Product Managers to align technical decisions and ensure platform scalability, reliability, and maintainabilityBasic Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceAt least 4-5 years of digital or technical product management or delivery experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably in technical environments3+ years of hands-on experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or similar frameworks with demonstrated understanding of iterative development processesProficiency with backlog management and project tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platformsAdditional Skills
Exceptional communication skills with ability to leverage analytical insights to influence stakeholders, drive decision-making, and ensure successful project deliverySelf-motivated and proactive with demonstrated ability to take strategic direction and independently execute complex initiatives with minimal oversightDemonstrable experience with AI tools and/or front-end applications designStrong technical aptitude with familiarity in database concepts, data management principles, and technical product development processes.Optional Qualifications:
