Product Implementation Specialist

Own our Client’s Onboarding experience end to end! Use your Project Management expertise to manage complex treasury product implementations for JP Morgan Chase Clients from around the world.

As a Product Implementation Specialist within the Commercial Bank, you will lead a project team that supplies support for the implementation of Treasury and Banking products and services. Partner with client and internal stake holders to help provide a best-in-class experience. This team generally works with existing clients to upgrade or add new products and services.  This is a great entry point into the Client Onboarding organization. 

 Job Responsibilities

Interact with our clients, be the single-point-of-contact responsible for the end-to-end client experience and satisfaction during the in-scope product implementationsPerform multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction client onboarding and product & service implementationsCollaborate with the client and coverage team to develop and execute an implementation plan, establishing clear expectations and providing transparency of timelines using project management principles and practicesOwn and drive identification, transparency, escalation, and resolution of risks and issues to closure and manage/coordinate client and internal partner communication and status updatesUtilize creative problem solving and solid decision-making abilitiesAdhere to policy and procedures, and domestic regulatory requirements  Manage onboarding activities via phone, telepresence, and email; liaise with local Compliance, Legal, and Product where required

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

At least 1 year of Client Management experience with a proven capability of applying project management methodology to develop an implementation plan and execute deliverables for complex, strategic change programAbility to soundly execute quantitative and qualitative analysis, draw conclusions and present information in a concise and effective mannerStrong organizational skills both personally and across the working team to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, time management, and attention to detailExecutive presence: able to manage stakeholder expectations at various levels and communicate effectively and clearly (written & verbal form)Skilled at anticipating issues, engaging the appropriate stakeholders and driving resolutions/solutionsAbility to take ownership, manage through complex situations and mobilize internal resources in an ever-changing dynamic client facing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Cash Management and Treasury Services product experience and knowledge
