Product Enablement Consultant

About the Role:
As a CBRE Product Enablement Consultant, you will create and implement basic strategies to achieve company and client business objectives. This role will support overall Advisory data and product initiatives, focusing on tool engagement and developing/driving differentiation at the point-of-sale and execution.
What You’ll Do:
• Conduct basic research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Develop and execute marketing, training and user engagement strategies according to company or client objectives and budgets.
• Perform marketing-related tasks including campaign planning, graphic design, and content creation.
• Create and/or approve internal and external materials for final distribution. This includes proofreading extra content, reviewing creative materials, and ensuring branding is in alignment with company standards.
• Act as a liaison between the team and other internal departments/stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of marketing, training and user engagement concepts and procedures to complete complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach a mutual agreement.
• Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
• Explain difficult or sensitive information.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, required.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Ability to create presentations and use data to enhance storytelling.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Product Enablement Consultant position is $95,000/yr and the maximum salary for the position is $115,000/ yr. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
