As a Product Director in the One Chase Experience Platform team, you are at the forefront of revolutionizing customer interactions. Our team is tasked with providing the Customer Relationship Management tools our sales teams need to build and deepen relationships with customers. You will lead innovation through the development of products and features that not only delight our customers but also empower our sales teams with deep insights and connectivity across channels.
You will develop and manage a comprehensive data activation platform that seamlessly connects and integrates the different tools used by the One Chase teams. This integrated solution will ensure our sales teams have a holistic view of each customer, including their household, financial goals, existing accounts, and the full spectrum of interactions across all engagement channels the bank offers.
You will leverage generative AI technologies to empower our sales teams by transforming the massive volumes of customer data into actionable insights. This will enable a more tailored approach in customer interactions and provide predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.Lead the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets such as cost efficiency, feature enhancements, reusability, and reliability.Coach and mentor the product team on best practices, including solution discovery, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, to ensure successful implementation of objectives.Own product performance and make strategic investments in enhancements that align with overall business objectives.Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation.Build a robust data activation platform to drive connectivity among separate tools, ensuring the sales teams have a consistent and comprehensive view of customer information.Integrate generative AI capabilities to assist the Sales teams in interpreting and acting on extensive customer data, thereby enhancing the decision making process.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in delivering products, projects, or technology applications.Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, data analytics, and public cloud data storage solutions.Proven history of building products that leverage public cloud data storage solutions.General understanding of generative AI infrastructure and solutions.Proven ability to drive change and influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Recognized thought leader within a related field.Demonstrated experience collaborating with both internal and external vendors to develop innovative product solutions.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM solutions and their product offerings.
