  As a Product Director in Client Solutions, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers. As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.
  Job responsibilities Drive solutions adoption for the firm-wide Data & AI Platform, proactively identifying and pursuing new opportunities to expand platform adoption across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions. Build and manage a robust pipeline of internal clients, guiding them from initial engagement to successful onboarding and expansion. Develop and execute targeted strategies and campaigns to increase reach and usage, ensuring alignment with firmwide priorities and business needs. Lead client presentations, demos, and workshops to showcase the Platform value proposition and drive buy-in from key stakeholders. Recommend solutions to address business and functional needs, ensuring clear success criteria and measurable outcomes are established for each engagement. Track, analyze, and report on progress, value, pipeline health, and adoption metrics, using insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with senior business and technology leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for Data & AI Platform capabilities. Collaborate with enablement and training teams to ensure clients are equipped for successful adoption and ongoing value realization. Gather and relay client feedback to product and engineering teams to inform the product roadmap. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 10+ years of experience in sales, client account management, customer success, or related fields Demonstrated success in developing and expanding AI, ML, or data-focused initiatives within large-scale enterprise software, cloud, or AI organizations. Track record of close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to successfully launch complex solutions. Strong executive communication and narrative skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior technical and business leaders. Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a results-oriented mindset.  Demonstrated experience managing diverse teams and driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments. Advanced problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving business needs. Recognized thought leader within a related field
