 As a Product Delivery Manager in Infrastructure Platforms team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 
 Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsExhibit strong soft skills in communicating (including technical presentations), participating effectively in a small team environment, and proactively making and owning decisions from conception to production as a forward thinker.Demonstrate a solid understanding of working in a Jira workflow environment and Kanban methodologies, along with a background in automation skills using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Accept out-of-hours work as required by the nature of the engineered product.  Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaHands on experience working on TCP/IP routing protocols, SDWAN , Arista Cloud Vision , AVD , VxLAN, ISIS, BGP, OSPF , high end service provider router like CISCO ASR 9000 ,NCS , IOS XR/XE, NX-OS, PE, CE, VPN technologies,  MACSec, QoS,IPSEC, Quantum key Distribution, Segment Routing (MPLS and IPv6),  layer 4-7 switching, Security, QoS, Network Management and Monitoring Software Advanced knowledge of available network operating systems, network equipment and networking protocols is essential.

Proficient in one or more programming languages (Java, Ansible, Python)

Manage, Maintain and Analyze SDWAN, Arista , Juniper , Fortinet, SASE environment operating with VxLAN,  BGP, OSPF , high end service provider router like CISCO ASR 9000 , PE, CE, Route Reflector.

Demonstrate previous experience in current routing platforms from Cisco, Arista, Versa/Fortinet, and Open Gear.

Demonstrate knowledge and experience in using the following tool sets: Cisco DNA, Arista Cloud Vision, ServiceNow, Ansible Tower, and Python.Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
