Product Delivery Manager, Identity and Access Management

As a Product Delivery Manager in Identity and Access Management, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. 
 

Job responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Defines and communicates product vision, strategy, and delivery roadmap aligned with the IAM Global Technology Infrastructure strategy and business goalsPartners with internal line of business (LOB) to capture data-driven technical and non-technical customer requirements, and communicate them concretely to the engineering teams in terms of customer-based outcomesDrives execution of engineering delivery teams including but not limited to product backlog prioritization, epics and user stories consumable/refinable by the engineering teamPartners with Operations/SRE teams in the development of production ready cloud servicesPartners with Cyber Operations, Governance, and Compliance functions to ensure the product under development meets cyber and control standards at cloud scaleDrives and communicates Program Increment (PI) Planning with all product stakeholdersCommunicates product execution, onboarding status, business metrics, and go-to-market strategy in monthly business reviews

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Deep background in IAM (Identity & Access Management) concepts, and with one or more technologies, and products (eg: Secrets Management, ADFS, oauth 2.0, SAML, CyberArk, HashiCorpVault, Beyond Trust)Proven experience creating product strategy, product roadmap, product overview, Strong technical background with experience in one or more Public Cloud platforms, AWS, GCP, Azure (emphasis in Identity)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex/technical concepts into simple yet effective communication to many stakeholders, management and customersProven experience in developing lasting cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology and other key stakeholders in an Enterprise OrganizationProven experience of shipping/delivering products using modern software development methodologies and practices (SDLC, Agile, Scrum, OKR, etc.), and tools

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsBachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and/or technical degreeAWS Cloud Experience (Development/Infrastructure); HashiCorp Vault Experience (development/infrastructure deployment in multiple cloud environments)Demonstrated experience with information security solutions Multi-Cloud and Hybrid-Cloud infrastructure deployment
