As a Product Delivery Manager in Connected Banking, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilitiesLeads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationLeads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersDevelops and maintains evergreen quarterly roadmaps and summary to ensure alignment with strategic goals and provide clear vision for product delivery.Develops and produces comprehensive Delivery & Release Management Performance Documentation to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and ensure transparency in product delivery processesEnsures all product delivery processes adhere to internal compliance standards, conducting regular reviews to measure adherence to compliance requirements, documenting findings, and implementing course correction actions as necessaryEvaluates and enhances delivery and release readiness processes and decision-making frameworks, to recommend improvements that streamline operations and optimize team performanceCoordinate and manage stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of product featuresRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activitiesStrong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skillsFlexible, adaptable to shifting priorities; able to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, results-driven environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer focused with the ability to turn insights into actionProven stakeholder management skills working across product, technology, agility, design and data teams to develop robust and timely product delivery plans and execution mechanisms within an agile frameworkStrong expertise and experience in working within an agile product delivery lifecycle, including collaboration tool such as Jira and ConfluencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsPrevious experience with Microsoft Project and Monday.com
