As a Product Delivery Lead in Post Trade Technology, you will drive the delivery of high-quality solutions across critical projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, turn business goals into actionable plans, and ensure measurable outcomes. You will play a key role in governance, change management, and release execution, partnering closely with stakeholders to realize business value. Your leadership will help align technology delivery with strategic objectives in an Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end product delivery across high-priority projectsDrive governance, change management, and release executionCoordinate and influence cross-functional teams to deliver business valueUnderstand product domains, user journeys, and business outcomesSet high standards for documentation and executive-ready presentationsProvide executive-level updates on status, risks, and decisionsMaintain visibility of timelines, dependencies, and critical pathsBuild and manage the book of work, quarterly plans, and release roadmapDevelop integrated plans aligning milestones and dependenciesFacilitate solutioning with engineers and champion scalable designsDefine measurable goals and track benefit realizationAnalyse and document requirements with clear acceptance criteriaOwn day-to-day delivery activities, including sprint planning and reviewsPromote structured sprint reviews and stakeholder feedback loopsPartner with Technology to design automated tests and embed quality gatesCoach teams on Agile best practices and process optimizationEstablish and track delivery and quality metrics for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications in complex, multi-team environmentsExpertise in change management or technical program management for large organizationsAdvanced analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lead through change, manage dependencies, and control scope in dynamic settingsStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsDetailed understanding and experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
