Job responsibilities

Directs principal activities across the end-to-end product delivery journey including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationOwns the change management framework across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsMaintains a high level of visibility over product timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partnersCoaches and mentors the product delivery team on best practices through collaborative discussions on resource management, dependency management, and deployment techniques to improve efficienciesChampions continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologiesFosters strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomesProvides regular executive reporting to demonstrate progress across programs, with visibility up to Operating Committee levelEstablishes and oversees governance frameworks to ensure product delivery aligns with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and strategic objectivesManages resources and budget for deliverables, ensuring optimal allocation, tracking expenditures, and proactively addressing variances to meet delivery commitments and financial targets

Significant experience of  delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive experience leading operational management and change readinessExperience in enterprise-wide release and deployment processes and strategiesAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsSignificant experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizationsAdvanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environmentsAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives
