As a Product Delivery Associate in Connected Commerce , you will be an integral part of the User Acceptance Testing team ,ensuring code readiness aligns with business requirements. Your responsibilities will encompass test planning and execution, along with functional, end-to-end, and regression testing. You will collaborate with Risk and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended, effectively minimizing post-launch risks
Job responsibilitiesUnderstand the intent of business requirements.Formulate test approaches and test plans, detailing dependencies and risks involved. Execute business scenarios in the UAT environment.Partner and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify queries and share testing status.Ensure testing artifacts are updated and saved appropriately.Reconcile test results with expected outcomes.Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness.Partner with the UAT Manager/Lead to ensure testing readiness and execution milestones are completed.Facilitate quality testing practices in support of various products.Maintain regular communication with project stakeholders and provide ongoing updates on automation objectives.Assess, create, and build automation tools to gain efficiency or reduce costs.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skillsBachelor’s degree or comparable experience3+ years of experience in manual testing along with formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios and test scriptsExperience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the taskExperience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest toolWriting and executing queries in SQLKnowledge in Unix operating systemExperience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologiesStrong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnershipsIntellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressurePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience with mainframe screens, business rules enginesUnderstanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processingExperience with risk processing
