As a Product Delivery Associate in the AI/ML Solutions - Shared Events and Assets team, you will help design and deliver real-time data streams and derived data assets that support AI/ML and customer experience personalization. You will collaborate across teams to create scalable data solutions, continuously grow your skills, and contribute to the success of a leading global financial institution.

Job responsibilities

Perform data analysis and exploration using SQL queries to extract insights and patternsDevelop and implement data quality standards and best practices for data enrichment and analysisDesign and create data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google AnalyticsPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver robust data solutions that drive business objectives and enable data-driven decision makingDesign and implement complex ETL logic to transform, clean, and enrich source data in real timeValidate data accuracy and integrity using technical toolsCreate high-quality documentation and host presentations and trainings to encourage utilization of data solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficiency with SQL and understanding of SQL database conceptsExperience with data transformation and modeling tools such as Databricks and dbt LabsExperience with structured data ingestion, transformation, and consumption for analytics, personalization, or machine learningAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleFamiliarity with Customer Data Platforms and creation of audiences or derived data featuresFamiliarity with analytics visualization tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google AnalyticsExperience in Data Engineering or similar role within a fast-paced environment
