As a Product Delivery Associate within the COMET Analyst team, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles.
Job responsibilitiesSupports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficienciesContributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsDocuments blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availabilityCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelinesBe responsible for the COMET performance for an assigned line of business Engage business partners regularly to share trends, identify efficiency opportunities and find solutions that fit business needs Work with line of business leaders to gather information and troubleshoot possible issues Determine COMET strategies that will support the operational strategies of the business and work with teammates across multiple groups to implement strategies Drive Process Improvement and Best Practices to ensure efficiency and employee satisfaction improvements that help to meet investment return goals while providing subject matter expertise within project teams as needed Exercise initiative and judgement to resolve problems within a range of established policies/procedures, seeking advice on more complex issues andPerform complex data analysis to validate results, uncover risks, and support decisions Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain areaExposure to operational management and change readiness workstreamsManage the COMET performance for an assigned line of business Engage business partners regularly to share trends, identify efficiency opportunities and find solutions that fit business needs Work with line of business leaders to gather information and troubleshoot possible issues Determine COMET strategies that will support the operational strategies of the business and work with teammates across multiple groups to implement strategies Drive Process Improvement and Best Practices to ensure efficiency and employee satisfaction improvements that help to meet investment return goals Provide subject matter expertise within project teams as needed Exercise initiative and judgement to resolve problems within a range of established policies/procedures, seeking advice on more complex issues Perform complex data analysis to validate results, uncover risks, and support decisions Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsEmerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes Bachelor’s degree is preferred3+ years’ experience working in large call center, multi-site, or similar environments and/or 3+ years’ experience processing, forecasting, staffing, scheduling, and/or project management Proficient knowledge and understanding of Workforce Planning platforms and practices, both internal and cross-lines of businessExperience with collaboration, communication, and presentation skillsShow high levels of professionalism and confidentiality at all timesProficient knowledge and understanding of Workforce Planning platforms and practices, both internal and cross-LOB’s required
