Product Associate – International Pay

Job Summary:
As a Product Associate in the International Pay team within HR Global Operations, you will drive the evolution and sustainment of our global payroll platforms and processes. You will play a key role in optimizing the end-to-end experience for employees, managers, and HR professionals worldwide. You will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that simplify, personalize, and digitize the employee experience. Your work will directly impact the reliability and effectiveness of payroll operations for over 260,000 employees globally.

Job Responsibilities:

Represent the International Pay Product Team and own the end-to-end stakeholder experienceCollect business requirements and translate them into a prioritized product backlogCraft user stories for technology teams, referencing AI agentic workflows, orchestration layers, and payroll integrationsPartner with cross-functional teams to conduct impact analysis and drive product successEnsure the reliability, accuracy, and effectiveness of payroll platforms and integrationsWrite test scenarios and cases, and partner with business users to execute testingIdentify solutions to business challenges using data, process, and digital assetsMaintain and optimize the ADP Global View solution and its integration with Oracle HCMCollaborate to advance analytics insights and simplify technology infrastructureCommunicate product vision and updates to stakeholdersFoster a customer-obsessed culture focused on delivering frictionless experiences

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience in payroll or as a product owner in a global organizationAbility to maintain a product backlog and write user stories and epicsUnderstanding of end-to-end payroll processes or experience implementing ADP Global ViewAbility to write and execute test scenarios and cases with business usersSkill in identifying solutions using data, process, and digital toolsProven ability to drive concepts to executionStrong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage parallel tasks effectivelyProactive, accountable, and detail-oriented work ethicAbility to create and maintain Figma designsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for creating seamless experiences

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with AI agentic workflows in payroll or HR technologyFamiliarity with Oracle HCM payroll elements, integrations, and reporting modulesExperience with orchestration layers and payroll interface solutionsBackground in analytics or process simplification initiativesExperience supporting large-scale HR transformation programsKnowledge of global payroll compliance and best practicesExperience working in agile, product-driven environments
