Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech)
Our client is seeking a Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech) to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Product Assistant (Manufacturing Tech) **Location:** St. Louis, MO. **Shift :** 2nd shift: Monday to Friday 2pm-10:30pm Training will be on 1st shift: 6am-2:30pm for 2-3 months **What's the Job?** + Operate processing equipment such as CIP, COP, and label lines to ensure smooth production flow. + Perform routine cleaning, waste disposal, and manual cleaning of small parts to maintain a sterile environment. + Assist in packaging bags and bottles, ensuring all products meet quality standards. + Document process status and communicate any deviations or issues to supervisors promptly. + Follow safety procedures, use personal protective equipment, and maintain good housekeeping in the work area. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Experience with troubleshooting on an assembly line and setting up packaging equipment. + Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds. + Willingness to work in a production environment with shift flexibility, including day and night schedules. + Steel-toed shoes and clean-shaven appearance are required for safety and hygiene standards. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with growth potential. + Competitive pay rate with shift differential for evening shifts. + Comprehensive safety and quality training to support your professional development. + Supportive team environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. + Potential for long-term employment and career advancement within the organization.
