About the role
The Product and Pricing Master Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement of product maser data across all regions and business units. This role ensures that product information is standardized, reliable, and aligned with global business processes. The position includes direct management of four team members, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development.

As a Product and Pricing Master Data Manager you will

Establish and enforce global standards for Product Master DataMonitor data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across PDM and ERP systemsDrive initiatives to improve data qualityLead continuous improvement initiativesLead, mentor and develop a team of data analystsAllocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and initiativesFoster a collaborative, high-performance and accountable team cultureAct as advisor for all product master data matters across the business Translate business requirements into actionable data solutionsSupport system upgrades and integration projectsPerform Root Cause Analysis on data issues and design solutions to eliminate them from our processesFacilitate the downstream flow of pricing and product data to other teams and systems, understanding the impact of changes in master data on these downstream processesCreate ad hoc pricing and product master data reportsDevelop and deliver training and support to ensure user competency and adoption of data standards and processes

About you

University degree is desirableProven experience in Product Master Data ManagementExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with attention to details and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a team and a collaborative environmentAbility to thrive in a changing environment as we implement our new master data strategy
