Product Analyst - Senior Associate

As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Card Financial Transaction or Card Account Management Products, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You will collaborate with Business, Product, and Technology leadership to improve our issuer platform , deliver customer features, and support scrum teams. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading financial institution and shape the future of our card services.

 

Job responsibilities

Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discover.Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that guides development efforts and ensures alignment with the product visionConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersCollaborate with Technology partners on product enhancements requirements and troubleshooting when product issues are raisedSupport the end to end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing and launchAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of productsProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organizationStrong analytical skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate concepts to a senior management and customers across business and technology organizationsAbility to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholdersCuriosity to dig into data to identify root cause and efficiency opportunitiesCreative problem solverAbility to use data to tell stories and drive behavior and translate business objectives into quantifiable metricsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Functional knowledge of all Card and CCB domains impacting the Card CustomerKnowledge on Credit card Issuer platform and credit card payment life cycle experience is preferrablePrior technical knowledge of coding languages (Cobol, Java, etc.)  and expertise in the functionality present and its usage in the systems/application/platforms that support Chase Card Customer Experiences
