As a Product Analyst you will support the product team in various tasks, contributing to small to medium end-to-end project implementations. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team to create and build innovative solutions that enhance the client experience. _At CIBC, we provide a work environment that enables you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement, spending 1-2 days per week on-site while working remotely on other days. We recommend getting your application in as soon as possible. **How You'll Succeed** + **Assist with user stories & product requirement creation** : support product team in the development user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, design, technology teams, lines of business and various members of the product team. + **Support the Product Team:** Assist the Directors of Product and the product team in creating user stories, product requirements, and presentation materials that effectively communicate project updates and insights. + **Project Implementation:** Collaborate with business system analysts, design, technology teams, and various stakeholders to understand user needs and develop a product backlog that addresses user problems and meets business objectives. + **Onboarding & Knowledge Transfer:** Own and manage onboarding processes and knowledge transfer sessions for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the team. + **Collaboration Spaces Management:** Facilitate and maintain collaboration spaces (e.g., Teams, JIRA) to enhance team communication and project tracking. + **Ad-hoc Analytics:** Provide support in conducting ad-hoc analytics to assist the product team in understanding user needs and business objectives. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Assist in ensuring that the right initiatives are delivered at the right time, keeping stakeholders engaged throughout the delivery life-cycle. + **Process Documentation:** Identify and document key processes and procedures, serving as a subject matter expert for assigned products and initiatives. **Who You Are** + **Client-Focused:** You prioritize our clients and engage with the goal of finding the right solutions, going the extra mile because it’s the right thing to do. + **Digitally Savvy:** You seek out innovative solutions and embrace evolving technologies, adapting easily to new tools and trends.
