Product Analyst - Business Lending

As a Product Analyst/Senior Product Analyst in the Business Lending Product Central team, you will play an important role in the ongoing management of the Business Lending product suite, including day-to-day product and interest rate operations, risk and remediation items, and product feature analysis and uplift. You will support the Business Lending Product team on key strategic, compliance and operational initiatives, as well as the exciting digital transformation initiatives taking place in the BB ecosystem. Your work will also support collaboration with Legal and Non-Financial Risk team to maintain robust control frameworks and managing incidents to ensure timely resolution. Work day-to-day with a range of internal stakeholders including frontline, legal, non-financial risk, collateral management and other client support areas to optimise lending lifecycle processes, balancing the need to implement risk and control uplift opportunities, as well as improving the product, customer and employee experience.
