Job Description
The Operations Product Analyst role is responsible for project planning, coordination, and reporting for the department's impacts on the Medica Platform Migration project, including sub-projects. The position involves the development and implementation of assigned projects and initiatives, serving as the single point of contact and Subject Matter Expert using established Project Management techniques with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and report on the department's impacts on the Medica Platform Migration project, including sub-projects.Develop and implement assigned projects and initiatives.Serve as the single point of contact for projects and act as a Subject Matter Expert.Develop project plans and reporting as assigned.Facilitate and assist with the BDA Team needs, including collaboration with BDA SMEs.Essential Skills
Exceptional communication and networking skills.Elevated decision-making abilities and partnership skills.Experience with Microsoft Excel and product planning.Proficiency in Project Management techniques.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Health or Business Administration/Analysis, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.5 years of related work experience beyond the degree, preferably in the health insurance industry.Project Management certification or equivalent experience.Experience with health insurance and Smartsheet is preferred.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
