Product Agility Lead - Firmwide Core Deposits Platform, Vice President

Come join JPMorgan Chase as a Product Agility Lead where you will be responsible for the education, adoption, and scaling of agile methodologies and encourage a culture of consistency and high performance in a leading financial institution! 

As a Product Agility Lead in Consumer and Community Banking, you will primarily work with product leaders, technology leaders, quad members, and development teams to enable the full Product quad to work in a more productive and efficient manger. The Product Agility Lead will evaluate the health of the portfolio and respective products to identify opportunities for improvements around scaling agile and product management, and help the leaders and teams mature their product vision, planning and delivery. As the primary coach to the product/tech leadership-level roles, agility leads/scrum masters, and teams, you will champion continuous improvement, systems thinking, and encourage an environment that fosters autonomy, mastery, & purpose. You will leverage your expertise to influence product/technology leadership and shape the operational and business trajectory of the product, all the while empowering teams to deliver in the face of evolving requirements and priorities.

Job Responsibilities

Manage a team of 14 and coach Agility Leads/Scrum Masters and teams to adopt and implement agile methodologies and promote open communication and engagement among and within teams ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.Drive product planning through quarterly planning inputs and backlogs by ensuring that the high priority work that is being refined and effectively prioritizedPlanning deliverables and helping the full product monitor performance.Organize and lead product-wide events and pertinent efforts, including, but not limited to, Quarterly Planning, Scrum of Scrums, end of sprint Product reviews, retrospectives, end of quarter product assessments.Understand and develop shared internal training and learning materials that apply the principles of agile and product to better connect end to end product goalsUse advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders to plan and execute strategies in scaling Enable product delivery through tools and standards, preparing quarterly demo materials, measuring agility outcomes, and coaching ALs to assist when challenges ariseDrive product efficiency through managing product improvement backlog, promoting speed, efficiency, and collaboration, increase productivity and collaboration

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management3+ years agile coaching experience Possess advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for teamsDisplay advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics; with the ability to guide teams through complex projects, emphasizing iterative progress and adaptabilityPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization, effectively guiding group discussions and decision-making processes within the domain context

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

Formal training on Agile coaching, such as recognized coaching certifications (Kanban, Scrum Master,etc.)Technical/development experience (java/o.o.p. coding, scripting, infrastructure development)Recommended skills include but are not limited to: agile delivery, business acumen, change management, continuous improvement, coaching, internal stakeholder management, strategic thinking, self-study, verbal communication, adaptability, and decision making
