As an Associate in US Product Administration, you oversee the management and administration of US JPMorgan Funds and other pooled vehicles. You ensure service providers meet the highest standards and manage fund oversight activities, including financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You collaborate cross-functionally to support business management and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Job Responsibilities
Execute a risk-based oversight model for JPMorgan proprietary funds, covering all aspects of fund operations.Review financial statements and regulatory filings, supporting internal and external audits.Maintain and validate fund data across JPM platforms and databases.Manage legal publication and dividend distribution compliance.Oversee vendors, monitor errors/incidents, and escalate issues as required.Prepare oversight reports and governance materials, coordinating daily with US oversight teams.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with BAU teams and external partners.Ensure clear communication, adequate standards, and timely escalation with service providers.Support fund administration, accounting, and financial/regulatory reporting activities.Apply technical and business knowledge of fund structures and investment products.Ensure adherence to risk management and control frameworks within the organization.Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Demonstrate at least 6 years of fund services experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, or regulatory reporting.Attain CA, CPA, or CFA qualification for added expertise.Exhibit technical and business knowledge of fund structures and activities.Apply knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, US Regulation S-X, and the US Investment Company Act of 1940.Understand NAV, custody, transaction costs, securities valuation, mutual funds taxation, and capital markets.Utilize proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and experience with automation tools such as Alteryx, Xceptor, or Python.Communicate effectively, solve problems analytically, and demonstrate attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
