Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Product Acceptance Specialists (Level B) to join our Interiors Responsibility Center (IRCSC) Quality team in North Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift.

 

The IRCSC Quality team plays a vital role in ensuring parts and assemblies meet type design, specifications, and engineering standards for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. By performing quality inspections, auditing, and collaborating closely with internal teams, this team helps deliver safe, reliable, and high-quality interiors for Boeing aircraft. Position Responsibilities:

Verify routine product conformance to design requirementsProvide objective evidence of inspection resultsPerform auditing, surveillance, and monitoring activitiesIdentify and document discrepanciesSegregate and control non-conforming itemsConduct product reviews with customers during product or process verificationVerify compliance with customer requirementsIdentify repetitive or significant non-conformances and initiate corrective action requests

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Willingness and ability to work any assigned shift1+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality, or a regulated industry1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Analytical, communication, and problem solving skills

Able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience using hand tools such as calipers, digital optical micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges, and go/no-go gauges1+ years of experience working with REDARS, IVT, or similar systems/tools1+ years of experience navigating CMES or similar systems1+ years of experience in quality assuranceExperience working with safety and quality processes and proceduresStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Associate (Level B) summary pay range: $55,500 - $65,500
