Job Summary:
As a Product Acceptance and Quality Lead in our team, you will champion a quality mindset and drive product acceptance activities across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Your role will involve managing production pilots, developing quality dashboards, and supporting governance processes. You’ll work closely with a global team, making a meaningful impact on our products and culture.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive a quality mindset and communicate the benefits of software quality to product teams and engineersPlan, define, execute, and report on Product Acceptance testing activities with key stakeholdersManage, maintain, and execute employee production Alpha and Beta PilotsLead quality improvement actions with Product engineering teamsDefine, develop, and maintain quality and test engineering dashboardsSupport and maintain governance and quality gates in productionCollaborate daily with a global teamRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
